Serge

Serge Gommé

Serge has over 25 years of professional experience in multiple organizations: during the first 10 years of his career he has mainly taken on financial roles with well reputed international companies such as KPMG, BNP Fortis Paribas and EDS. When joining the financial recruiter Robert Walters late 1999, he built the interim management practice from scratch. In 2001 Serge joined De Witte & Morel (later Hudson) where he managed multiple businesses both in recruitment as well as in talent management. Since the summer of 2019 Serge is in charge with Hudson for leading the Interim Management and Contracting business unit as well as starting up Hudson’s activities in both Luxembourg and the Netherlands, where he has also the end responsibility.

He was the driving force behind the development of the SME strategy within SD Worx; afterwards he put all of his efforts and energy in the international strategy of this corporate organization. In this period he lived and worked for several years as General Manager in France. Upon his return he became member of the Executive committee of SD Worx, taking on the role as director Large Enterprises and Consulting. In 2019 Sige joined Hudson. He is now building the contracting business within Hudson.

Dirk started his professional career in Banking & Finance. As a hands-on type of guy, he chose to get the basics right first and join the front-office teams. In the next years he created a full banking career covering all aspects of the métier: retail, business & corporate. Most recently, he was closely involved as a leader in the Private Bank integration of three parties involved. His major playing fields were IT integration (as business lead), sales integration (products & customer intimacy) but above all people/employee integration (human resources). This success story and major organizational changes moved Dirk towards a shift in his career. In 2016, he happily joined the Hudson-family where he tends to describe himself as talent navigator for interim managers & talent factory for clients. In his limited free time, he is a dedicated musician specializing in a capella 14th-17th century polyphony singing all over Europe.
