Birgit started her career in HR at Randstad Brussels where she worked mainly with multinationals (white collar). In 1999, after the merger between Randstad and Interlabor, she moved to Brucargo. In 2001, she led Randstad Airport through a turbulent time (bankruptcy of Sabena, 9/11). Passionate about logistics, she promoted to the national accounts department with important multi-site clients. She returned to the operational side of the business in the agency of Vilvoorde with different specialized units: industry, office, engineering, logistics & catering. In 2008, Birgit joined the Chamber of Commerce and expanded her HR and sales skills with communication, organization of business events and networking. In 2017, Birgit reoriented her career and started as a senior consultant at Hudson Interim Management.
